The FBC JAX High School Ministry exists to provide students the opportunity to hear the Gospel, grow into mature believers, and help others become followers of Jesus Christ. At FBC JAX, students from across the city connect with quality adult mentors and teachers that help them learn God’s Word and discover His desires for their life. The FBC JAX High School Ministry is built around three key programs: Sunday School Small Groups, High School Choir & Orchestra, and the High School Refuge Service.

High School Sunday School
Sunday Mornings, 9:00 am, Administration Building, 5th Floor
High School Sunday School is about relationships, family, and growing together to become disciples of Christ. Classes are divided by gender and area of town. The class format includes a time to study God's Word together, followed by small group discussions to help students apply the lesson to their lives and connect with their leader and fellow students.

High School Refuge
Wednesday Evenings, 6:20 pm, Administration Building, 5th Floor
High School Refuge is our mid-week High School service. It is our time to meet together as one large body of Christ and seek refuge from the difficulties of weekly life. We begin our time with meaningful worship led by the Refuge Band, which is made up of our own students. We then explore God's Word together and learn how to apply His truths to our lives. You don't want to miss this special time of fellowship and worship!

High School Choir & Orchestra
Sunday Afternoons, 4:30 pm
At FBC JAX, our High School students have multiple venues to express their love for Jesus Christ through worship. Musically, these opportunities include participation in both vocal and instrumental solos and ensembles, choir, orchestra, seasonal ministry teams, mission trips, and other special performance appearances. For more information and details about high school choir & orchestra, click here.

At FBC JAX, we want our students to not only grow their faith, but also to build friendships and memories with other students as they journey through these challenging years of life together. If you are High School student or the parent of a High School student, we invite you to come and check out our High School Ministry. Be sure to download our calendar and review the upcoming events. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
