Not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more as you see the day drawing near.
Hebrews 10:25

Our 3-Step Plan to Return

These steps are unique to our church

• Based on controlling our crowds
• Based on keeping our facilities sanitized
• Worked with officials and other churches
• There is no set time-limit, we will announce when entering each step

This is the first step away from quarantine and towards normal

• No corporate gatherings—online services only
• Hourly workers with onsite responsibilities return to work
• Workers who can work from home encouraged to do so
• Spending and hiring freezes remain in place

We entered this phase on Monday, May 4

In this phase, we will begin meeting again in very limited ways
We will return to in-person worship services that are carefully regulated

• Two services on Sunday morning at 9:00 AM and 11:30 AM
• Pastor Spencer will preach each service live
• The 9:00 AM service will be streamed at
• Wednesday live service

• Two services on Sunday at 10:30 AM and 6:00 PM
• These services will happen in the LMA
• The services will include identical music and preaching
• Sundays will continue our preaching through Matthew
• Love and Glory will be moved to Wednesday night
• Sunday and Wednesday services will be streamed at

We must carefully manage attendance at these gatherings
• You will register to attend a service at
• One person can register their family
•  When a service reaches capacity registration will close
• Self-enforce social distancing
• No food and beverage sales
• No choir and orchestra rehearsals
• No childcare
• No Sunday School
• We will encourage creative fellowship/discipleship for various groups
• We will redeploy our volunteers
• Staff returns

Stay home and watch online if you are:
• Uncomfortable in groups
• Immune compromised
• Symptoms within two weeks

The yellow phase will begin May 31

This phase represents the last planned stop on our way to the new normal

• Multiples services without registration
• Reinstitute Sunday School at safe locations
• Childcare restored with capacity capped
• Evaluate our ability to restore food service
• Encourage touch-free services
• Return to normal next generation ministries during service times
• Evaluate our ability to restore choir and orchestra

When will this happen? We do not know yet.  We will evaluate and we monitor the situation, as we increase worship attendance during the yellow phase

Currently, all services are streamed online at and on Facebook Live
