What goes in a shoebox is fun. What comes out is eternal!
Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse that collects gift-filled shoeboxes and distributes them to children living in desperate situations. Each shoebox represents an opportunity to share the Gospel, while showing a child that someone they don’t even know loves them. It’s not just a Christmas gift, it’s a Gospel opportunity; a way to respond to our Savior’s command to reach the world with the Good News. Check out the video below to learn more:

Do not include any of the following items: Candy; toothpaste; gum; used or damaged items; war-related items such as toy guns, knives, or military figures; chocolate or food; seeds; fruit rolls or other fruit snacks; drink mixes (powdered or liquid); liquids or lotions; medications or vitamins; breakable items such as snow globes or glass containers; aerosol cans.
- Start with an average-size cardboard or plastic shoebox. If you want to wrap it, cover the box and lid separately.
- Choose a Boy or Girl, ages 2-4, 5-9, or 10-14. Print a label and mark the appropriate information.

- Fill with gifts. (See above for ideas.)
- Include a $9 donation per box, or donate online to follow your box. Click here to donate online.
- Pray for your box.
We are collecting shoeboxes September 15 through November 3.
DOWNTOWN: Packed shoeboxes can be placed in the collection crates around campus or in the former Book Nook location,
Preschool Building, 1st Floor.
NOCATEE: Drop off your completed shoeboxes at the table in the back of the auditorium.
