First Baptist Jacksonville partners with Trinity Rescue Mission in areas of one-on-one mentoring and discipleship.

Our members regularly serve in the Mens' Shelter, and the Women and Families' Shelter. By volunteering to serve with First Baptist Jacksonville at Trinity Rescue Mission, you can expect to visit with the men that are in the 90-day program to hear their stories and share the Gospel through conversations. Needs include food service, teaching, food and clothing drives, prayer and financial support.

Women volunteers often go to the Women’s Center and have crafts for the women and children staying there. This opens the door to develop relationships for ongoing Gospel conversations and discipleship.

If you would like to be a part of the important work of Trinity Rescue Mission, we invite you to sign up to volunteer at fbcjax.com/serve, or visit www.trinityrescue.org.
